Day 33 ... Another day of eating more than my allowed calories! :(

Breakfast

  • 3/4 cup of Cheerios (110 calories)

Lunch
  • Subway Roast Beef 6 inch Sandwich (380 calories)
    • 6 inch Italian/White Bread (190 calories)
    • Roast Beef Meat (70 calories)
    • American Cheese (40 calories)
    • Honey Mustard Sauce: Fat Free (30 calories)  
    • Light Mayonnaise (50 calories)
Dinner
  • Porkchop with Lawry's Seasoning (130 calories?) 
  • Shells and Cheese 2% Milk (330 calories)


Exercise

  • treadmill (100 calories)

Calories Saved: None! I cosumed 174 calories more than I am supposed to... and the weekend is only going to get worse. :(
