Breakfast

    • 1/8 cup of cheese (55 calories)
    • Ranch dressing (about 4 tablespoons 240 calories)
      • Those who know me know that I'd like a little lettuce with my dressing! :)

Dinner
  • Subway Roast Beef 6 inch Sandwich (380 calories)
    • 6 inch Italian/White Bread (190 calories)
    • Roast Beef Meat (70 calories)
    • American Cheese (40 calories)
    • Honey Mustard Sauce: Fat Free (30 calories)
